Dear all,

Sorry it has taken so long but you can now set a comprehension as a piece of homework or so that it can be done in class. It’s a really exciting new development, especially since you can also now use it as a front of class activity!

Look out for the blue light bulb - it represents understanding. Ping!

When browsing through the videos on site, look out for the little blue lightbulb; this means that these videos have a comprehension exercise.

On the main video page you can either do the comprehension yourself by clicking on the button or you can set it as an exercise for you class.

If setting it as work just select the type of exercise you want to do (in this case a comprehension) and which class the exercise is for.

You can also preview the comprehension here – this is what your students will see when they come to do it. As you can see, we’ve redesigned it so that it’s easier to read and can be used on your whiteboards at the front of the class.

Do let us know if there’s anything you’d like us to add.

Happy learning!
